Cordyceps Select™ contains a researched form of an ancient tonic mushroom. Each capsule provides 500 mg of Cordyceps sinensis as pure Cs-4 mycelia extract, a form of cordyceps which is produced via controlled fermentation on a rice substrate, rather than the natural caterpillar fungus that grows in Tibet. The two forms of cordyceps have been shown to offer equal effectiveness, functioning via multiple mechanisms of action for use in numerous applications.

CORDYCEPS SINENSIS is a fascinating medicinal mushroom. It has been used as an aphrodisiac and longevity tonic in traditional Chinese medicine since at least 200 BCE. In recent decades, cordyceps has become a popular dietary supplement for promoting energy and endurance, boosting immunity, supporting healthy blood sugar control and addressing many other conditions, from neoplasms to libido.

Cs-4 cordyceps extract and its primary bioactive compound, cordycepin, have been the subject of numerous clinical studies investigating its potential benefits on a variety of outcomes.
